Terms & Conditions

Fee Payment

1. Fees must be paid in full prior to lesson.
2. Fees paid are not refundable or transferable.
3. Playdates are vailid for 60 days from date of payment.
4. Fees are subjected  to revision with at least 1 month of advance notice.
5. Fees are inclusive of all material, tools and equipment required.

Playdate Cancellation 

1. The studio reserves the right to cancel playdates due to low enrollment.
2. Advance 3 days notice will be given in the event of a playdate cancellation. You are entitled to reschedule a playdate but the studio reserves the right to change the theme of the playdate. 

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation 7 days in advance, $10 charge for administrative fees.
2. Cancellation due to low enrollment of playdate, a full refund will be granted. 
3. No refunds after 7 days for any cancellations. 
4. No refunds for package sign-ups after first playdate.
5. No refunds for no-show.

Make-up Sessions

1. The studio reserves the right to provide a relief teacher at any time.
2. The studio has designated days and timeslots for make-up playdates that might have a different playdate theme.
3. Request for makeup playdate must be made known to the studio via email a minimum of 7 days in advance before date of absence. Make-up playdate will be forfeited upon late notice.
4. A copy of the Medical Certificate must be submitted without the prior notice to arrange for a make-up playdate.
5. Make-up playdate must be arranged within 14 days from the date of absence. (7 days before and 7 days after date of absence)
6. No replacement playdates will be granted for no-show.

Others

1. Please be punctual for playdates and pick-ups.
2. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your playdate.
3. If your child has any medication condition, allergies of any sort or require medical care; you will notify us upon registration.
4. Rush-Me-Not Art Studio is permitted to use your child's photograph(s) and artworks in brochures, videos and/or other promotional materials and publications.
5. The studio reserves the right to change the teacher at short notice should circumstances warrant the change.
6. Parents are required to notify the studio of any changes in their particulars (eg. home adress or contact number.
